Garlic potted prawns




No need to preheat, as you are just using the hob.


  1. Place butter in a saucepan with the garlic and lemon juice
  2. Heat gently for 1-2 minuets until melted
  3. Remove from heat and leave to cool slightly
  4. Stir the prawns into mixture, season to taste and chill for 15 minuets or until the butter is beginning to set
  5. Divide between 4 individual serving dishes
  6. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until set
  7. Serve with French bread and lemon wedges
