Garlic potted prawns
Ingredients
- 75g / 3oz butter
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and crushed)
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 225g / 8oz peeled prawns
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oven
No need to preheat, as you are just using the hob.
Method
- Place butter in a saucepan with the garlic and lemon juice
- Heat gently for 1-2 minuets until melted
- Remove from heat and leave to cool slightly
- Stir the prawns into mixture, season to taste and chill for 15 minuets or until the butter is beginning to set
- Divide between 4 individual serving dishes
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until set
- Serve with French bread and lemon wedges
