Recently I encountered severe technical problems [accidentally deleting most of my site] and I would just like to say how fantastically lovely the customer service was from my hosting company: NeatHosting.net. It was 06:00 in the morning for them, and less than an hour after I reported my mistake they had restored my site from a backup made just the night before. This is not just a one-off example of the prompt, helpful and quality customer service they offer either. I would recommend them to everyone, they are the kind of hosting company the net needs, and I just wanted to say a very big thank you to them.

- Thu, 01:29: Tristan - Most blogs seem to have categories for the entries, so they can keep track of the posts that way. I would like to come to the play, but I'm at home for the summer now :( Thanks for asking, anyway!
- Wed, 21:44: Chris Beach - aah. Sounds good. I have been giving a lot of thought to making my blog, and want the content to be indexed in a useful way, so it goes beyond being a diary. However, too many ideas, too little free time! Oh, and Tristan, if u fancy seeing The Master Builder in london let me know.
- Wed, 16:06: Tristan - RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, I believe. Its an XML file that contains information about blog entries or articles, such as the title, date, and contents. RSS viewers and things like that can then replicate the entries elsewhere.
This website also features a "Blank Page" according to the recommendations of the TPILB-Project.
